EPOC 2011 will be held at the Stanford Sierra Conference Center at Fallen Leaf Lake. You will love it here! Stanford Sierra is an all-inclusive conference center which means you'll be charged a lump sum to cover lodging plus meals for three days (partial stays are not allowed). The lodging is in the form of cabin clusters, with 2 or 3 bedrooms and one shared bathroom per cabin. All cabins have decks with views of the lake or the surrounding peaks. You will have time to hike, kayak, sail (or get stuck in irons), rope-swing ..

1. Pay using a credit card (via Paypal, our credit card processor) using the "Buy Now" buttons above. Please remember to enter the scientist's name on the Paypal form. After the payment process, Paypal will email you a receipt.

Refund policy
In case of cancellations, the $280 registration fee is fully refundable anytime. EPOC will attempt to refund as much of the lodging and food fees as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a particular refundable amount at this time, as this depends on the total number of registrants and restrictions set by Stanford Sierra. Thank you for your understanding.
